Every new service starts with a quick client form. Please fill yours out before your appointment so I have time to review it ahead of your visit, and we can spend our time together on you.
getting here
finding the front door
215 Baldwin St, West Springfield, MA 01089, right across from Memorial Middle School. Our building is home to five businesses, each with its own entrance, so here's exactly how to find the salon.

Look for our sign out front, then pull into the parking lot on the side of the building.

Walk toward the left and follow the stone path.

The path leads you right to our front entrance. Look for the black french doors and come on in.

arriving on time
your time is reserved just for you.
Every appointment is planned with care, so arriving on time means you get the full experience you booked.
Permanent makeup appointments have a 15-minute grace period. Shorter services like waxing, brow shaping, lamination and lash lifts have a 5-minute grace period. After that, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled, so every client gets the time they were promised.

cancellations + changes
48-hour cancellation policy
You'll get a reminder text 72 hours before your appointment, so there's time to make changes if you need to.
48+ hours before
Cancel or change your appointment free of charge.
within 48 hours
Changes or cancellations within 48 hours may require forfeiting your deposit. That's 50% for most services and 20% for permanent makeup.
Life happens, and I always try to be understanding. If something comes up, reach out as soon as you can.
no-shows
if you miss your appointment
A missed appointment holds a spot another client could have had, so no-shows work a little differently.

A $50 fee is required before booking again.

The full service price is charged before booking again.
